Rawson, formerly president of Insperity, Inc., a leading provider of solutions for human resources and business performance. He is also an investor/shareholder in MFC and joins the board with Dr. Arthur Laffer and William Macdonald, MFC founder.

Richard RawsonRawson retired from Insperity, Inc., in 2018 as president and continues to serve on its Board since 2003. He joined Insperity in 1989, with responsibilities ranging from executive vice president of administration and chief financial officer to treasurer.

As past president of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), Rawson remains active on the executive advisory committee of the Bauer College Board of the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston; the National Board of Directors for Genesys Works; chairman of Infinity Learning Solutions and Trinity Legacy Partners; and as chairman/CEO of POM Asset Management. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston.
