Cristy Campobella | RBR Office Manager has over 15 years experience in the insurance/financial planning business. She began her career in the industry as a marketer and quickly worked her way to become office manager. Her prior experience in sales and management with Southwest Airlines and Landry’s, has made her invaluable when it comes to customer service. As a certified wedding and event planner, Cristy is very active in the community. She participates on stage and behind the scenes in community theater, has served on several non-profit boards and has volunteered with numerous organizations over the years. Some of her volunteer efforts have included The Friends of the Flag Foundation, Conroe Downtown Area Association, Conroe Art Bench Project, Cornerstone Christian Academy school board, MDA Telethon, Ronald McDonald House, Race for the Cure and many more. She currently resides in Conroe with her husband Craig and daughter Bristol.

RICK RICHARDS | RBR Partner and Co-Founder is an entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry. He most recently served as CEO of Integra Hospital Management, and before that, President/CEO of Richards Healthcare, Inc. and President/CEO of Tinsley Physical Therapy. During his tenure with Richards Healthcare, Mr. Richards was honored as a finalist for Houston’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 1995 and his company was recognized as one of Houston’s Top 100 Companies. Rick is a family man, well-established in The Woodlands, where he, his wife Karen and three children, have resided for over 25 years. Mr. Richards has served on numerous boards, including The John Cooper School, First Baptist Church, The Club at Carlton Woods, Tandem Hospital Partners, Executive Board for The Cox School of Business (SMU), and several corporate Advisory Boards, including Advanced ICU, and My A Health (ReClaim).

TODD WARE | RBR Partner brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and prior to that, he had over five years experience running a family business. His “real world,” hands-on experience uniquely qualifies him to assist our clients in all aspects of business and personal planning.  He has had a successful track record of providing quality financial products and solutions to entrepreneurs, families, and businesses, with over a 95% persistency retention since entering the insurance/benefit business. His creative process works in concert with professionals in the tax, accounting, and legal professions, where he brings innovative solutions to meet the objectives of our clients. Todd and his wife Dana are active members in the community and have played key roles in Montgomery County Young Life and Woods Edge Community Church.
