Describe your firm in your own words and the types of clients that you typically work with:
We are a firm that can be all things to all people. We have clients that are categorized as Ultra High Net Worth that have significant needs around multi-generational planning, estate planning, and investment management, but also work with clients that have a negative net worth and need help creating a debt management plan and the accountability to stick to it. We currently have 7 advisors in our office that have all have different client demographics which allow us to meet a client where they are today and have the experience and expertise to work with them as they grow and plans become more complex. We help clients with insurance planning, business planning (retirement plans, group benefits, retention/incentive plans), investment management, and retirement income planning. We enjoy long-term and collaborative relationships with our clients.

How are you compensated for your work? List your compensation methods out in detail:
We do not charge minimum fees for our clients. Because of our relationship with MFC, there is a negotiated fee of .80% on assets under management with a cap of $40,000/yr. (after $5,000,000 of AUM the fee is flat). There are instances in which retirement plan assets that are under our management can be included, but not always. There are also instances in which we can charge a flat fee, but is discussed on a case by case basis with you and your coach.

What is the one standout detail about your firm that clients find with your firm that they have not found elsewhere?:
There is more to investment management than just stocks and bonds. A strong financial plan and being as efficient as possible is the backbone of it all. We like to be high touch and intentional with each conversation that we have with you and other advisors on your team.
