The process is an online Application & Medical Health Questionnaires for approval. This process should be completed within 36 to 48 hours. Once approved, you will be emailed the proposal and the Limited Partnership agreement from MPP Benefit Solutions, LP. 

What is the Cost?

• An initial capital contribution of $1,000 to become a partner. This Capital investment is refundable, minus some annual accounting and K1 fees.
• On approximately the 1st of each month, your payment will be automatically drawn by an ACH draft from your bank account, for the benefits chosen and the $120.00 administration fee. You will also receive an ACH Bank Authorization form for the account you would like us to deduct your payments from.
