      • $70 for Member + Spouse
      • $70 for Member + 1 Child
      • $90 for Member + 2 or more Children
      • $90 for Family
    • NO PEO REQUIRED
    • Required Medical Questionnaire (No pre-existing conditions exclusions if approved)
    • Self-Funded Association-Based Group Health Plan-1st dollar coverage
    • No EIN needed to join – any self-employed individual can enroll
    • Large group rates (this is a self-funded group health plan offered to association members)
    • Full In-Network coverage in all 50 states
    • Deductible options range from $1,500 to $7,250
    • Health Savings Account (HSA) plan options
